VIDEO: Well-Wishers Support Little Boy Denied Water at Event by 2 Women
I am sure you have seen the video where a young boy, queuing for food with others is denied water at an unknown function.
The video that went viral has caught the attention of many people who have called out the ‘humiliation’ the young boy went through sparking outrage.
This unfortunate event drew the attention of well wishers on social media who have rallied behind the boy.
In the video, the boy was given the food but, for whatever reason, the two young women who were giving out water denied him.
At one point, the young women are seeing bypassing the young boy and giving water to a person directly behind him.
Sensing the hesitation, the young lad walked away as the women broke into sarcastic laughter.
The women’s behaviour struck a nerve, as the incident began circulating online and garnered widespread condemnation and sympathy for the boy.
Since the footage emerged, Kenyans have come together to offer their support, with many pledging to support the boy.
Support has poured in as people across social media shared their disapproval of the women’s treatment of the child.
Most were touched by the youngster’s gentlemanly act of walking away in the face of indifference.
