2024 KCSE EXAMINATION TIMETABLE, INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES
The Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations officially began today, marking the start of a crucial academic milestone for thousands of students across the country.
According to the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), the 2024 KCSE exams will adhere to a strict timetable, with morning sessions starting at 8:00 a.m. and afternoon sessions at 2:00 p.m.

Candidates are reminded that the allocated time for each paper, as specified on the timetable, must be strictly observed, with no additional time permitted. Schools are also required to upload project component marks by March 31 for the first milestone and by July 31 for the second milestone.
This year’s examination process emphasizes punctuality and adherence to detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and fair assessment for all candidates.
